2. Eligibility

• You confirm that you meet the required legal age.
• You have the authority to enter into a binding agreement.

• All information provided during registration is accurate and current.

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently remove accounts that violate these eligibility requirements.

3. Platform Purpose & Approved Usage

OfoInc is an AI-powered real-time transformation and streaming platform designed for creative, entertainment, and lawful digital experiences.

Approved use cases include:

• Live streaming and digital entertainment
• Creative content production
• Commercial or personal streaming activities that comply with the law

Any usage outside these approved purposes may be treated as a violation of these Terms.

4. Credits & Billing

Credits are consumed during active AI processing sessions based on the live rates displayed on the Platform.

• All completed credit purchases are generally non-refundable.
• Credits remain active unless an account is terminated for violations.
• Rates and pricing may change with prior notice.

Refund Exceptions:

• Verified technical issues caused by our systems
• Situations where refunds are required by applicable law

Billing concerns must be reported within 14 days of the transaction date.

5. Restricted Activities

Users may not use OfoInc to:

• Impersonate real individuals without permission
• Engage in fraud, scams, or deceptive activity
• Create illegal or exploitative content
• Violate copyright, privacy, or intellectual property laws
• Resell or share account access without authorization
• Attempt to bypass security or reverse engineer the Platform
• Overload or misuse system infrastructure

6. User Responsibility

You retain ownership of your original content and generated outputs. However, you are fully responsible for how you use the Platform and any content you create or distribute.

• You accept full legal responsibility for your activities.
• OfoInc does not actively monitor all real-time user content.
• You agree to indemnify OfoInc against claims arising from misuse.
• Any harm caused through your use of the Platform remains your responsibility.

7. Indemnification

You agree to defend and hold harmless OfoInc, its staff, affiliates, and partners against claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses resulting from:

• Your use or misuse of the Platform
• Your violation of these Terms
• Violation of laws or third-party rights
• Content you generate or distribute using the Platform

8. Account Security & Termination

You are responsible for protecting your login credentials and maintaining account security.

• Use a strong and unique password
• Do not share account access with unauthorized users
• Report suspicious activity immediately

Accounts that violate these Terms may be suspended or permanently terminated, and remaining credits may be forfeited.

9. Referral Program

Referral rewards are granted when eligible users register using your referral code and complete qualifying purchases.

Fraudulent referrals, duplicate accounts, or self-referrals may result in reward removal and account penalties.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, OfoInc shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Unauthorized access to your account or information
• Service interruptions or temporary downtime

The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without guarantees or warranties of uninterrupted service.

12. Legal Requests & Compliance

OfoInc may respond to valid legal requests, court orders, or law enforcement inquiries where required by applicable law.
